Core Based Tablet Form Factor

Objective
To conceptualize and design a form factor for an Intel based tablet.

Idea

I wanted to design a tablet with exciting new features that also pushed the conventional ideas of what existing tablets look and feel like. I experimented with different form factors and aesthetics with the objective of creating a never-before-seen design that would make people immediately desire it. This is the result after doing much research and some sketches.

*Some time after presenting this to Intel, Samsung unveiled new products which appear similar to my designs, at CES 2013.
