Art Director / Multidisciplinary Designer / Swiss Army Knife
The creative and innovative pursuits I’ve encountered personally in the advertising and design industry in the past 9 years have enabled me to rise through the ranks to become a multi-disciplinary art director.
My growth in my professional journey has allowed me to acquire critical proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. I am adept in Photoshop and Illustrator skills, as well as HTML and 3D-rendering skills.
These essential capabilities have allowed me to freely express my creative thoughts and bring my ideas to live. In my line of work thus far, I’ve covered a range of ideas from conceptual print and digital visuals for campaigns and games to interactive videos and sales kits. In addition, I’ve also conceptualised overall design themes for events and aided my past company in product design.
Over the span of my career in Singapore, I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to shape and build inspiring brands across different industries. Some of these brands include commercial brands like: Intel, Epson, Deloitte, Hilton, Motorola, BASF, Cisco and Toyota, while others include various statutory boards such as the Singapore Judiciary Courts, Health Promotion Board, Workplace Safety and Health Council, and more.
Career-wise, I find it especially purposeful when I’m pushed both creatively and intellectually to go beyond the needs of my companies’ clients and adding value to their brands. I’m always thrilled at the prospect of being able to overcome challenges that are thrown my way.
