Android Wear Skagen SKW6042 Digital Watch Face

Objective
Digitize an analog Skagen watch to an Android Wear watch face.

Idea
Based on model SKW6042, every details of the watch design and texture is recreated in Photoshop. Each components is made in different layers for it to be animated and integrated into different modes. I created another “glow-in-the-dark” mode where the watch goes into ambient mode which minimize watch battery usage in displaying active pixel. Hands animation is scripted to mimic the real watch ticking rotation.
